We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and personal checks, plus Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

We have financing plans available through CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit. We can provide information about both financing options in our office.

As a courtesy, we make every effort to review and verify your insurance before each appointment — but we recommend you contact your provider directly to confirm benefits and coverage before your visit.
- Some providers limit the information they share, so complete details of benefits may not be retrievable.
- Policies often include exclusions, deductibles, and copayments — it's each patient's responsibility to be informed of these terms prior to receiving services.
- Any remaining or returned balance after a claim is processed is the responsibility of the patient. Claims cannot be adjusted, backdated, or resubmitted after payment.
- All copayments are due at the time of service.
